Monitors time and temperature for 7 days on the milk pasteurization system. This allows for management of equipment and personnel to assure that on farm processes are executed as designed.

Involves the use of an EXTERNAL data recorder and thermocouple. The data is then downloaded through a computer and software to present a time based graph of temperatures achieved in the pasteurization process.
